I booked a non-private room for my Muslim family that was nice and new. The hotel definitely needs double-glazed windows and sliding doors as outside noises were quite clear. The staff greeted us with champagne and ice cream but needed more English training. They were super helpful and welcoming despite being inexperienced for such a fancy hotel. The location suited me perfectly, with wonderful views in the Kusadasi area. The dining experience included some specific free foods for breakfast but was not the best, especially the Turkish Anadolu breakfast. The facilities were average.
